The Bloco Beleza

It is a mixed residential and commercial building with 5 floors that will be developed in Monte Sossego, on the island of São Vicente, Cabo Verde, which considered the second city on the island.

It is well located, close to important urban facilities, namely, Banks (Caixa Económica, BCA, BCN, BAI), communications stores (CVTelecom and T+), Notary, Minimarkets (Fragata, Pilar Vermelho, Bento Lima, Meu Super), ENACOL, ELECTRA, Pharmacy (Farmácia Avenida ) and between others. Its location on the main street gives you easy access to all nearby facilities in less than 5 minutes on foot.

There are two apartments per floor, T2 and T3, all rooms on both are suites which will ensure exquisite privacy and comfort.

The project also brings the concept of a mixed, modern and biophilic architecture, through the creation of green spaces that communicate directly with the apartments, which in turn provide cozy and relaxing spaces. With the use of large double-glazed and aluminum openings, bright and pleasant spaces are created that take advantage of sunlight to provide environments for relaxation and rest.

Hand in hand with current technological trends, Bloco Beleza also stands out for its innovative concept with the option of a smart home system (customer option), which uses equipment that allows controlling almost everything from a smartphone, tablet or computer, in every moment and from any part of the world where you have access to the internet.

It is also a project with an inclusive concept that allows easy access to all apartments, through an elevator with capacity for 6 people that starts at the parking lot floor until the last one. In addition, the entire building is served by an electrical generator capable of supplying essential functions in the event of a lack of public energy supply.

All apartments have a kitchen equipped with a 5-burner stove, built-in oven and extractor fan.

According to the customer’s preference, a second well-equipped kitchen option can be purchased, in addition to those described above, it includes a built-in fridge, built-in medium vertical freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
